📝 Payment Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy

💳 Payment Terms

  • 30% Advance: To confirm booking (non-refundable but adjustable once).
  • 50% Payment: Due 7 days before the event after final checklist approval.
  • 20% Final Settlement: Payable on event day / within 24 hrs after completion.
  • Payments via UPI / Bank Transfer / Card. GST extra.


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before event: 100% refund minus actual vendor/venue charges.
  • 15–29 days: 70% refund minus actual vendor/venue charges.
  • 8–14 days: 40% refund minus actual vendor/venue charges.
  • 0–7 days: No cash refund, up to 50% credit for reschedule (within 6 months).
  • No-show: No refund/credit.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed in 7–15 working days via original payment method.
  • Vendor/venue actual charges will be deducted (invoices/proofs shared).
  • Payment gateway/bank charges (if any) are non-refundable.


📅 Reschedule Policy

One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the event, within 6 months of the original date. Pricing remains the same; only difference in vendor/venue rates (if any) applies.
